is excited to announce his forthcoming project, Zadio, during 2018, an EP including the tracks TKO and Break My heart, produced by Teemu Hammaren (Vibraltar Music). This is a psychological journey back, revisiting places and reviving memories that once ignited Tony’s enthusiasm and buzz around music. The lyrical content is more open, drawing you in whatever your perspective, laid back and easily relatable.
London singer-songwriter, Tony, has been described in the Daily Mail as ‘a heart-tugging singer’ and as having “a terrific voice” by Simon Cowell.
With a voice that straddles the line from soul to blues, Tony delivers his music to a soundtrack of Afro-blues guitar. Fans have likened Tony’s acoustic performance to a male Tracy Chapman, but catch Tony live and you’ll experience a more vintage sound, reminiscent of pre-70s rhythm and blues with a touch of rock ‘n’ roll, nodding to Ray Charles, Otis Redding and Bill Withers.
Tony has received national media coverage in the press as well as appearing as a guest on Lorraine Kelly. His numerous live performances have included supporting both Jocelyn Brown and Finley Quaye at the Jazz Café in London.
